I am beyond furious with the way I was treated by my insurance agent. I was guaranteed that my rate wouldn’t change and then it doubled. When I confronted him about it, all he had to say was, “There’s nothing I can do.” No accountability. No real explanation. Just a shrug and a complete lack of responsibility. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

My property management company changed and I wasn't sure if the former gave my new company my insurance information. I intended to call and check. Before I called to check, I received an email from Chris Shamoon stating he had sent a copy of my insurance documents to the new property management company. That's great service! Thank you very much.
